Vineyard location and altitude: The village of Castiglione Falletto, in the hamlet of Mariondino, 280/300 meters above sea level.
Vineyard area: 25 hectares.
Age of the vines: 20-40 years old.
Agricultural practices: Biodynamic.
Type of yeast: Native.
Vinification: After gentle pressing, the grapes undergo a long maceration. Alcoholic fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts, without the use of sulfites.
Aging: aged in small oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months in contact with its native yeasts, then bottled at a controlled temperature of 15°C.

What we mean by biodynamic viticulture
The moon in relation to the earth and its sidereal cycles, the biodynamic agricultural calendar helps the farmer know the right time to prune, fertilize and harvest.
No herbicides are used and the vegetation is allowed to grow freely between the rows of the vines.
Natural fertilizers are made with animal excrement that is introduced into cow horns and buried to later dynamize them in water and apply it to the vineyard.
