  Vineyard location and altitude: Piani Hill, located in Ferrere, in the village of Treiso (m).
  Vineyard area: 40 hectares.
  Age of the vines: 15-20 years old.
  Agricultural practices: Sustainable.
  Vinification: The maceration process lasts between 15 and 20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
  Aging: Aged for 8 to 9 months in oak barrels (30-40 % barrels and the remainder in 50 hl barrels). It is then blended and bottled, resting for a couple of months before release. The low yields, long maceration, and the precise contribution of the oak barrels give this wine unusual longevity, complexity, and significance, similar to that of the noble Nebbiolo.
