Vinification: The macerations are not too long and the temperature is always controlled.
Aging: Partly aged in barrels (20/30 %) and the rest in 50 hl oak barrels for about 8/9 months. After blending, it rests in the bottle for 2 months and is finally released for sale.

Our agricultural DNA has always been firmly rooted in the timeless traditions of the Langhe farmer. We are located in Treiso, an independent municipality since 1957, in the heart of the Barbaresco region: one of Italy's first DOCG wines. Barbaresco is inseparable from the Nebbiolo variety, which more than any other defines the history of our hills, known as 'King' Nebbiolo. We are children of this land and these vines.

What we mean by sustainable viticulture
Sustainable wines are produced from grapes grown using agricultural practices that minimize environmental impact, such as reducing pesticides and using water efficiently.
