Aging: En parte en barricas (20/30 %) y el resto en barricas de roble de 50 hl durante unos 8/9 meses. Tras el coupage, reposa en botella durante 2 meses y finalmente se comercializa.

Our agricultural DNA has always been firmly rooted in the timeless traditions of the Langhe farmer. We are located in Treiso, an independent municipality since 1957, in the heart of the Barbaresco region: one of Italy's first DOCG wines. Barbaresco is inseparable from the Nebbiolo variety, which more than any other defines the history of our hills, known as 'King' Nebbiolo. We are children of this land and these vines.

What we mean by sustainable viticulture
