- Vinification: The harvest typically takes place in October, once the grapes have reached their optimal ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (no higher than 30°C). The grapes are crushed, and the must is reprocessed with the skins and seeds. The fermentation and maceration process lasts between 18 and 22 days. After maceration, the wine is drawn from the tanks by gently pressing away the remaining skins and seeds.
- Breeding: Aged for 24 months in small and medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels. Before being released for sale, the wine is aged in the bottle for at least 6 months.
