The Aurelio Settimo winery has a history that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. Founded by Aurelio Settimo, the winery has been managed by several generations of the family. Its philosophy focuses on the production of high-quality wines that reflect the unique character of the Piemonte vineyards. The Piemonte region is known for being home to some of the most prestigious appellations of origin (DO) in Italy. Notable appellations include Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG and Langhe DOC. These appellations are especially associated with the Nebbiolo grape variety, which is known for producing robust red wines with great longevity.

What We Mean By Sustainable Viticulture
Sustainable wines are produced from grapes grown using agricultural practices that minimize environmental impact, such as reducing pesticides and using water efficiently.
The manufacturing process employs techniques that reduce the use of energy and resources, including the recycling of by-products and the use of renewable energy.
These promote fair practices both in the vineyard and in the winery.
