- Vinification: Estrujado y despalillado tradicionalde las uvas y posterior fermentación dejando los hollejos (pieles) en contacto con el mosto. Separación del mosto y el orujo 24 horas después del inicio de la fermentación, la cual comienza de forma natural sin levaduras seleccionadas. La fermentación procede hasta que todo el azúcar se convierte en alcohol. Embotellado después de 6 meses de crianza sobre lías finas sin manipulación especial.
