  Variety:  Nebbiolo 100 %
  Vineyard location and altitude: Cascina Tolino, in the villages of Treiso and Neviglie, m.
  Vineyard area: 40 hectares
  Agricultural practices: Sustainable
  Vinification: Maceration in contact with the skins for about 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and, after a period of natural decanting always in steel, the wine goes to wood, where it rests for 18/20 months.
  Aging: Approximately 50% of the %, aged in 50 hl oak barrels, is blended with the other barrel-aged portion. This allows us to prevent an excessive presence of oak from further drying out the wine. After 9 months in the bottle, it is finally released for sale.
