A esto le sigue la maduración en toneles de roblede entre 2.500 y 3.500 litros. Temperatura: 28 °C, natural, sin acondicionar. Duración: 15-20 días. Maloláctica: realizada en hormigón.

The Aurelio Settimo winery has a history that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. Founded by Aurelio Settimo, the winery has been managed by several generations of the family. Its philosophy focuses on the production of high-quality wines that reflect the unique character of the Piemonte vineyards.
The Piemonte region is known for being home to some of the most prestigious appellations of origin (DO) in Italy. Notable appellations include Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG and Langhe DOC. These appellations are especially associated with the Nebbiolo grape variety, which is known for producing robust red wines with great longevity.
