Vinification and aging: Maceration in contact with the skins for about 15 days in steel casks at controlled temperature and, after a period of natural decantation always in steel, the wine passes into wood where it rests for 18/20 months. Then the part, about 50%, aged in oak casks of 50 hl is blended with the other part aged in barrique.

Nuestro ADN agrícola siempre ha estado firmemente arraigado en las tradiciones atemporales del agricultor de Langhe. Estamos ubicados en Treiso, un municipio independiente desde 1957, en el corazón de la región de Barbaresco: uno de los primeros DOCG italianos. Barbaresco es inseparable de la variedad Nebbiolo que más que ninguna otra define la historia de nuestras colinas, conocida como el ‘rey’, Nebbiolo. Somos hijos de esta tierra y de estas viñas.

What we mean by conventional viticulture

Synthetic pesticides and herbicides are used to control pests and weeds. These chemicals can contribute to tighter disease control and ensure plant health.
