Fue fundada por Ioanna Tsilili, después de años de experiencia y conocimiento científico sobre la destilación y producción de vinos tranquilos y espumosos.
Dedicada a la producción de vinos y aguardientes de uva premium, inspirados en el terruño único, haciendo hincapié en variedades de uva autóctonas como Limniona, Xinomavro, Assyrtiko, Malagouzia y Zalovitiko.
