Vinification: Las uvas estrujadas caen en pequeños tanques de acero inoxidable de 50 hectolitros (hl). Durante la fermentación, se realizan remontados diarios y delestage. La temperatura se mantiene controlada a 28°C. La maduración alcanza su punto óptimo 1 año después de la vendimia.

Corte Figaretto is a family farm in the heart of Valpantena, a valley located north of Verona. In this valley exposed to the south are its beautiful vineyards, suitable for the production of great red wines. The essentially Mediterranean climate, characterized by low rainfall, is tempered in the summer months by the night breezes coming from the Lessinia mountains.
