Ubicación y altitud del viñedo: Lotes mezclados de los viñedos de las fincas Palazzo y Anfiteatro, en el pueblo de Calino, en Cazzago San Martino, y del viñedo Sera, en Torbiato di Adro. Los viñedos están orientados al noroeste, en laderas acariciadas por las brisas que llegan desde el parque Adamello, al otro lado del lago de Iseo.
Superficie del viñedo: 35 hectáreas.
Edad de las vides: 23 años.
Prácticas agrícolas: Ecológicas.
Vinification: Los racimos se enfrían y luego se prensan suavemente. El mosto fermenta en depósitos de acero inoxidable a 13-14 °C, y el 15 % del Chardonnay fermenta en barricas de roble francés. Cada parcela de viñedo se vinifica por separado, para preservar su individualidad.
Envejecimiento: MADURACIÓN SUR LIE: 30 meses. ENVEJECIMIENTO POSTERIOR AL DESGORGE: al menos 3 meses.

What we mean by organic viticulture
Organic fertilizers are used
as compost, manure and
other natural materials to enrich the soil and provide the nutrients necessary for the growth of vines.
Techniques are implemented to prevent soil erosion, such as planting vegetative covers between the rows of vines and applying minimal or no tillage practices.
During the winemaking process, chemical additives are avoided and the handling of the wine is minimized. The use of natural yeasts and the reduction of sulfites are encouraged.
