The yellow seal ReModena is a classic white condiment derived from the union of must and vinegar of Trebbiano grapes. The rest in oak barrels allows it to have a more harmonious and balanced structure.

Characteristics

It has a straw yellow color, bright and clear. The nose is intense, pleasant and clean. The taste is decisive but not aggressive, closing with a light and pleasant sweet note.
