Vinification and aging: fermentation and maceration for at least 20 days,based on the lot , at
a controlled temperature of <30ºC.maturation for 12 months in new and used french oak barriques (allier),
folllowed by 12 months in large slavonian oak barrels .the bottle aged for at least six months
