The aroma is enveloping, fruity with marasca cherry and raspberry, pleasantly balanced. The flavor is rich, ample and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, with typical austere but graceful tannins
Particularly suitable for red meat dishes and for some medium-aged cheeses, it goes well with succulent first courses
