Amarone Della Valpolicella<\/p>\n

As I believe is normal, in a course that does not stop or room for doubt, the life choices lived and matured in experience become the \u201ccorrect\u201d ones even in the field, in the basement and in the work of relationships. with others, making clear the values by which we live and work.
\nUs and others, including nature, respecting coherence.<\/p>\n

Grape:<\/strong>\u00a0 Corvina 40%, Corvina Grossa 50%, Rondinella 10%<\/p>\n

Vineyard:<\/strong> Grapes from a single \u201cMacie\u201d vineyard, located at 350 meters above sea level, exposed to the south east formed by limestone rocks.<\/p>\n

Vinification:<\/strong> The grapes are harvested by hand with a slight excess of ripening, this wine is produced only with the best harvest, it is fermented with native yeasts in 40 hl conical vats<\/p>\n

Whom\u00a0Sant'Alda Court<\/strong>\u00a0The reconversion of the vineyards began a bit blindly in 1985. I felt the need, after a bad harvest, to do something to get my grapes to the winery healthy and ripe.<\/p>\n

In 1986 Guyot's first vineyard, Macie, with perhaps a bit extravagant measurements of 90 \u00d7 2.60 was a good compromise with the pergola. Reaching 4500 stumps per hectare without having to change all the equipment.<\/p>\n

In 2003 we have 6,200 vines per hectare and with the start of the last pergola (Cavallero) somewhat reluctantly, it is time to seek new frontiers, treasuring what we have learned in recent years.<\/p>\n

Alcohol: 14%<\/p>\n

Tuning:<\/strong> The wine is refined in 255 hl French oak barrels for 48 months.<\/p>\n

Color:<\/strong> Intense red that tends to garnet<\/p>\n

Bouquet:<\/strong> Fruity, with notes of minerals, licorice and tobacco.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> Well balanced flavor and body.<\/p>\n

Operating temperature:<\/strong> 18 \u2013 20 oC<\/p>\n

Presentation:<\/strong> 750ml<\/p>\n
